Casablanca Desert Tours 8 Days

Day 1: Casablanca

On the first day of your Casablanca Sahara Tours, our team will pick you up from the airport, and drive you to your Hotel to get some rest. You may also have a tour in the big city, discovering its spectacular Mosque built on the ocean, the famous Hassan II Mosque.

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, we will leave the big city towards Rabat, the Moroccan capital. Upon our arrival, your professional driver would introduce you to the Hassan II Tower, The Kasbah of Oudaya, the mysterious Chellah Gardens and other fascinating sites and monuments. Next, we will leave Rabat towards the 17th century’s capital, Meknes “The Moroccan Versailles". We will take you through the city wall to learn more about the ancient Moroccan history, and discover some of the most impressive monuments as: Sahrij Es-souani, the captivating Bab El Mansour Gate, the royal stables and granaries and underground historical sites. Then, we will pursue to Volubilis the magnificent Roman Ruins passing by Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, the holy village. You will be introduced to the ancient Roman history and architecture, walking through its Majestic Gates and surviving palaces. We will move to Fes the ancient city, where we will have a tempting Fessi Tagine for dinner and then spend the night in a wonderful Moroccan-Style Hotel.

Day 3: Fes Sightseeing

As soon as we have our typical Fessi breakfast, and start exploring the 12th century ancient city. First, we will visit the Royal Palace and its spectacular Gates, We would also introduce you the oldest Moroccan Jewish Quarter, The Mellah, and the remarkable gardens of Jnane Sbil, to have some clean air, wander through the beautiful trees and flowers, and Moroccan-style fountains. Next, we will head to the old Medina, to walk through its narrow streets all lined with captivativating traditional shops selling the most beautiful handicrafts. We will take you to the ancient Islamic schools as Madrasa Bou Inania, The Shrine of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, and the Chouara Tannery. We will also get to discover El Batha Museum, the southern tower (Borj Sud), (Borj Nord) and The Meridin tombs. We will have our traditional dish for lunch in a traditional restaurant, to taste a fascinating Berber meal, as the food in Fes is the best in the whole country. We will spend the third night of our Casablanca Morocco tour 8 Days in our historical luxurious Riad.

Day 4: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Merzouga

On the next morning, we will continue our Casablanca to Marrakech Desert Tours 8 by picking up from your Hotel/Riad in Fes, and drive through the beautiful winding roads of the Middle Atlas Mountains. First, we will stop in Imouzzer, the little Berber village with remarkable green landscapes and flowing rivers. Next, we will continue to Ifrane, “Moroccan Little Switzerland”, to admire the cool Mountains weather and the magnificent French architecture, which gives Ifrane its unique sophisticated touch. After that, we will drive towards the spectacular Cedar Forest in Azrou, to wander through the highest Cedar trees, have some pure air and feed the little monkeys. Next, we will pursue our Casablanca to Marrakech Desert Tour to Midelt, the Berber town of rocks, where we will enjoy a tempting Berber Tagine for lunch. Day 5: Merzouga village – Rissani – night in a Desert Camp

After breakfast, we will start exploring El Khamlia village. We will wander through the its authentic sites discovering its most delicious food, traditions and the typical Sahara life. After that, We will continue our Casablanca Desert Tours 8 Days towards Rissani, the ancient Sahara market, where we would discover more about the Sahara culture and discover The old kasbah and ancient palaces. We will go back to Merzouga and get ready for a sensational Camel Trek in the golden Sahara, while capturing the magical sunset. Our camels will take us to our cozy desert camp in the middle of the desert, where will enjoy a traditional Berber Tagine, gather around the campfire, and admire the breathtaking silence. Day 6: Merzouga – Rissani- Tinjdad- Todra Gorges–Boumalne Dades

On the next day, we will have our mesmerizing early camel trek to capture the beautiful sunrise. After that, we will head to our Hotel in Merzouga, to have a shower and get ready for exploring the endless Sahara. We will drive through the green Oases in the middle of the bare Sahara. We will next stop in Tinjdad and Todra Gorges, to get amazed by the spectacular high orange cliffs, making a fascinating destination for adventure and nature lovers. Also, we will take you through the authentic mud buildings and the Berber local life, and then continue our our Fes to Marrakech Sahara Tours towards Dades valley, the little green paradise in the Sahara Desert. We will have our delicious local dinner and then spend the night in a fancy little Hotel across Dades river.

Day 7: Boumalne Dades-Valley of Roses – Kelaa M’gouna- Skoura- Ouarzazate

After breakfast, our team would take you on walk through the beautiful valley, to start our next Casablanca to Marrakech 5 Days adventure. We will head towards “Kelaat M'gouna”, The Valley of roses, Morocco’s most romantic city, where pink roses are lined are over the Berber town. Next, our journey continue towards Skoura, a beautiful palm Oasis. We will have a break to enjoy a colorful, spicy Berber Tagine, and then explore the magnificent Kasbah of Amridil. Last, we will stop in Ouarzazate, the Gate of the Moroccan Sahara. Dinner and overnight in Sahara-Style Hotel.

Day 8: Ouarzazate–Ait Benhaddou- Tizi N’tichka Pass-Marrakech

The last day of Casablanca to Marrakech Desert Tours starts by an exploring tour in Ouarzazate, discovering its high walls and fascinating buildings. Our team would also introduce you to its magnificent Film Studio, the home of some great Hollywood movies , as: Game of Thrones, Gladiator, Babel, The Jewel of the Nile. Next, you will be introduced to the largest Kasbah in Africa, Ait Benhaddou, as you enter the door of history the moment you go inside the village’s walls. You will be exploring its authentic Arab architecture, and ancient majestic Mud houses. Last, we will have our sensational drive in one of the world's most dangerous roads, the famous TIZI’N Tichka Pass. Our final stop would be The Red Marrakech, where we would drop you off at your Hotel, with thousands of memories and lifetime experiences.
